CAAB XL

CAAB XL is a flexible call accounting package for Windows. It is designed to interface with your telephone system to capture data on each call made within your telephone system. CAAB XL provides the essential information a business needs to control communication costs. At CAAB XL's core is the management console, able to be run from anywhere on a LAN or WAN, and providing a single access point for all operations. Its easy-to-use features include Microsoft-style interface, a configurable shortcut bar and setup Wizards. Its expandable architecture allows existing and future modules to be integrated without reinstallation.

REPORTING - The reporting module provides access to all information in the database, reporting on telephone calls by extension, authority/account code, personnel, room or department. Reports can be produced in text, graphic, detailed or summary format. The report output can be redirected to screen, printer, email or file. Output can be to many diferent formats including MS Excel, MS Word, HTML, PDF, or you can directly access the database for import to a third party application. All reports are organized into easy-to-navigate groups. Reports can be run for any period of time with convenient shortcuts such as "Last Month" making the process even simpler. 

SCHEDULED REPORTS TO EMAIL - Imagine running your monthly departmental reports automatically, and having them sent to the department heads via Email without lifting a finger! CAAB XL's Scheduled Reports can do just that.

DATA COLLECTION - The SMDR (Station Message Detail Record) call collection module calculates call costs and records calls. It can handle small key systems or a large telephone system network, allowing realtime monitoring of calls from any management console.

 PABXSOFT TELEPHONE MANAGEMENT

VXT

VXT is a comprehensive web based voice and data monitoring platform.  VXT incorporates traditional call accounting functionality, with VoIP network pre assessment and benchmarking tools, and monitoring of your converged voice and data network. 

The V-Play feature displays all the applications that were using the network bandwidth down to IP level.  By keeping a complete 30 day audit trail, the trouble-shooter can actually "rewind and replay" to see what was happening at the exact time the problem was experienced, and pinpoint the very IP device that caused the problem.  This kind of visibility of your converged network means you have the tools to eliminate the "voice versus data" conflict which can arise when trouble-shooting.

Alerts and alarms can be set on over 40 different TDM and network metrics, facilitating proactive response to events, rather than reacting after a problem has occurred.

The ability to test and report on the performance of synthetic VoIP calls on a selected route, means you can be confident that you have enough capacity to cope with the additional traffic.
